I am thrilled to hear that bylaws may be changed for the sales or cats & dogs or there at least is interest.
However……WHY can’t the city of Victoria consider or APPROVE A BAN on the SALE OF RABBITS…..is the slaughter of 1600 at UVic not enough of a motivator?
I just don’t understand it… as soon as they saw what was happening at UVic, one would think that would be the first thing the city would do.
It’s just so sad…..and as usual, the animals pay the price.

So true. Its the animals that ultimately suffer. I hope they do change the by laws. That will be a positive development
